ABTA's Autumn Member Meetings Put Travel Change Questions at the Centre of the Conversation
ABTA framed the autumn programme as a direct channel to members
ABTA said the coming run of events would give its team valuable opportunities to hear how member businesses were performing and to respond to questions in person. In a travel market facing frequent operational and policy shifts, the programme was presented as a practical way to keep contact close rather than relying only on written updates.
Networking, regional gatherings and industry events made up the schedule
The association highlighted a September networking drinks event linked to the Travel Confidence Index, alongside regional get-togethers, Travel Gossip roadshows, the Travel Convention and a return to World Travel Market later in the year. The calendar was described as a broad mix of member contact points rather than a single flagship occasion.

EES and ETIAS were part of the wider conversation on current travel issues
ABTA made clear that upcoming changes around EES and ETIAS were among the hot topics members could discuss face to face during the autumn programme. The emphasis was on helping companies navigate evolving travel rules through regular dialogue, practical explanations and access to the association team over several months.
